Spicy Corn and Couscous

So,  I’ve come up with the ‘perfect’ method of creating a tasty couscous that everyone could enjoy. Most people complain that couscous is bland,  but here is a way that I prepared it for everyone to love.

  • ¾ cup of Roland© Israeli Garden Couscous
  • ¼ cup of frozen corn kernels
  • 1 cup of vegetable stock
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step One

In a pot, combine the vegetable stock, the couscous, and the corn. Bring the vegetable stock to a boil.

Step Two

Add the spices and continue to cook until almost all the stock have been absorbed.

Step Three

Turn off the stove and let the couscous sit for another five minutes until all the liquid has been soaked up.

Serve with favorite dish or eat by itself.
